Riki Mozes heads the Human Resource domain in JVP, leading all people related plans including talent acquisition.
Riki brings to JVP 25 years of senior HR roles in leading global companies such as Amdocs, Teva and Ormat. In her last position she oversaw Amdocs’ global talent acquisition unit ,managing 6 regional managers and 140 recruiting partners in 13 countries .
She has an extensive experience in all HR related aspects including organizational and leadership development, training and the development of compensation & benefits plans.
Riki holds a Bachelor’s degree in social work from the Tel Aviv University and Master’s degree in social psychology from the Bar Ilan University.
