Ilan is a Partner at JVP. He has deep expertise in finished food products, food logistics, and food supply chain. Ilan has led Kayco Kosher & Beyond since 2015, a family-owned food business in the New York City area. Ilan successfully led the Kayco formation, a series of mergers that today, is one business organization. Ron designed the new organization structure and business model, state of the art logistic center, and implement advanced infrastructure and systems. Prior to Kayco, Ilan enjoyed a global career of diverse CEO and executive roles, gaining expertise in sales and marketing of consumer goods, food manufacturing and distribution, food ingredients, and the food service industry. Ilan holds an MBA from the George Washington University and a BA in Political Science and Government from Tel Aviv University.
