Or plays a pivotal role in managing and supporting the growth and community building of startups, small businesses, student clubs, artists, and the women entrepreneur network, Galiladies.

GALILADIES is the first women’s entrepreneur community in the Greater Galilee and Golan region, comprising over 2,000 Jewish, Druze, and Arab women to date.

In addition, Or leads cultural and arts initiatives at the center, collaborating with the artistic committee, which includes artists, technology entrepreneurs, and academics. This work bridges the unique connection between innovation and arts. One notable initiative is StartArt, a social impact program for children and youth aimed at developing and enriching the next generation of entrepreneurs in Israel through exposure to tools from the worlds of art, technology, and science.

Or holds a Master’s degree in Directing from the Faculty of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts, both from Tel Aviv University. She also has a teaching certificate in theatre and is a graduate of Management of Cultural and Art Institutions (cum laude) from LAHAV – Executive Development – Faculty of Management, Tel Aviv University.
