Roi is a member of the Investment team at JVP, whose focus is on new early to mid-stage investments and providing direction and advice to the Fund’s various portfolio companies.
Roi, a C.P.A. and Attorney at Law, and spent four years advising transactions and investments from legal and financial perspectives across a broad spectrum of industries.
Roi was previously a Strategy and Transaction Senior consultant at EY, where he led due diligence to M&A and investment transactions in the Cyber, I.O.T. and Gaming industries. Before EY, Roi worked at Goldfarb Seligman law firm, advising public companies on high-profile transactions.
During his academic studies, Roi co-founded and managed an educational company for cyber training with an annual activity of 1,500 students.
Roi holds a double major in Law and Accounting from the Hebrew University.
