People & Operation Specialist - Copilot
About The Position
We’re looking for a People & Operations Specialist for a super challenging position. This is an amazing opportunity for bright, diligent, and “Rosh Gadol” people.

The platform delivers on the promise of IoT (Internet of Things) by offering manufacturers of smart products the opportunity to automatically engage end-users with meaningful, data-driven and behavior-based communications. The company’s core clientele is within the US market. Copilot is experiencing tremendous growth even during these difficult times, as companies are looking to create more meaningful relationships with their customers.
The People & Operations Specialist will work closely with our CEO. She/he will have the responsibility of crafting the company’s DNA as the company grows, help recruiting new talents, manage the everyday office operation as well as plan and execute company events. She/he will be the heart and the face of the company!

What you will do:
● Manage the full cycle of the HR operation processes
● Work closely with employees and build valuable and strong relationships with them.
● Manage the recruitment process, while creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talents while creating a great experience for each candidate.
● Manage the employee experience and reviews processes.
● Serve as the point of contact for all office operations.
● Participate in all HR / Legal operations.
● Rosh Gadol, agile, proactive, and can-do approach – MUST
● Extremely warm and interpersonal skills
● Excellent communication skills
● Fluent English level (written and spoken)
● Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
● Experience in similar operations positions – advantage
● Experience with hiring and/or sourcing for Tech positions – advantage
● Experience with HR systems, or Comp & Ben - big advantage
