SCADAfence is looking for Sales Operations to lead sales-related topics and projects. You’ll join our Global Sales Team 

If you have a background in Improving processes, Salesforce optimization and want to learn how to be a strategic sales operations professional, you’ve come to the right place.

About the Position:

  • This is a great opportunity to grow into a strategic sales operations role and become a key member of the company's GTM team.
  • Leads all sales ops-related topics, issues, projects, and systems, ensuring high quality of service, streamlined processes, meeting business objectives and KPIs, and optimizing customer experience.
  • Improving processes and aligning them with different functions and efforts in operations.
  • Optimize the CRM and other tracking systems and provide reports, dashboards, and other business intelligence information for tracking progress on the business KPIs.
  • Manage and execute purchase orders and fulfillment of hardware delivery and shipping to customers globally.

About You:

  • You're a passionate business and operations-oriented person, who is looking to grow in a very rapid environment.
  • A self-starter who can drive projects, initiatives, and define processes together with the sales team to optimize the sales process and drive insights from sales data.
  • Detailed-oriented with the ability to lead projects to a high-quality standard.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
