About the Position:
- This is a great opportunity to grow into a strategic sales operations role and become a key member of the company's GTM team.
- Leads all sales ops-related topics, issues, projects, and systems, ensuring high quality of service, streamlined processes, meeting business objectives and KPIs, and optimizing customer experience.
- Improving processes and aligning them with different functions and efforts in operations.
- Optimize the CRM and other tracking systems and provide reports, dashboards, and other business intelligence information for tracking progress on the business KPIs.
- Manage and execute purchase orders and fulfillment of hardware delivery and shipping to customers globally.

- A self-starter who can drive projects, initiatives, and define processes together with the sales team to optimize the sales process and drive insights from sales data.
