About The Position

SCADAfence is looking for a highly intelligent and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage and qualify inbound leads with the goal of setting up winning opportunities for our US Sales team.

If you are a native American English speaker with excellent interpersonal and communication we're looking for you. You also need to be comfortable working in a highly dynamic startup environment where you will be taking full responsibility for most sales development processes (Outbound +Inbound).


  •  Managing inbound and outbound SCADAfence sales development activities for a defined geographic territory  
  •  Engaging executives in authentic conversations regarding securing their most critical assets
  •  Coordinating territory strategy with field reps and channel partners on a regular basis
  •  Generating qualified appointments and pipeline opportunities
  •  Nurture prospects by educating them until they are ready to be transferred to the sales team  
  • Attending industry conferences and events periodically
  • Work US hours Monday - Friday



  • 2+ years of proven success in B2B tech sales or sales development targeting SMBs, Mid Market, Enterprise Customer 
  • Experience generating a strong sales pipeline from inbound leads (web, social, events, webinars, etc.)
  • Able to collaborate across several distributed teams while managing multiple urgent tasks
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn and other sales and marketing tools
  • Excellent communication skills including written and verbal on multiple channels
  • Positive, proactive, results-oriented and self-driven
  • Native fluency in English, other languages preferred
  • Preferred: Experience in the cyber security market
