About The Position

A small and unique real estate company is looking for an Operation Coordinator.

Job description:

  • Everyday interaction with customers, coordinating their requests and handling them
  • Everyday interaction with suppliers
  • Logistic management of on campus events – coordinating the events, receiving price quotes and coordinating all logistics with the costumers.
  • Back office administrative work; Excel and organizing info supporting the ongoing activities at the center.
  • Managing schedules and coordinating meetings on and off campus

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Excellent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
  • 2-5 years of experience in administrative and operational roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fast learner, technological orientation for software applications
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
