About The Position
A small and unique real estate company is looking for an Operation Coordinator.
- Everyday interaction with customers, coordinating their requests and handling them
- Everyday interaction with suppliers
- Logistic management of on campus events – coordinating the events, receiving price quotes and coordinating all logistics with the costumers.
- Back office administrative work; Excel and organizing info supporting the ongoing activities at the center.
- Managing schedules and coordinating meetings on and off campus
- Excellent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
- 2-5 years of experience in administrative and operational roles
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fast learner, technological orientation for software applications
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
