MSC JLM Operations Coordinator
About The Position
A unique Real Estate company is looking for a full-time operations Coordinator for our Jerusalem offices.
Job description:
· Everyday interaction with customers, coordinating their requests and handling them
· Everyday interaction with suppliers
· Logistic management of on-campus events – coordinating the events, receiving price quotes, and coordinating all logistics with the customers.
· Back office administrative work; Excel and organizing info supporting the ongoing activities at the center.
· Managing schedules and coordinating meetings on and off-campus
Requirements
· Excellent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
· Administrative experience
· Strong working knowledge of MS Office
· Strong technical abilities
· Fast learner, especially when using different software
· High organizational skills
· Good interpersonal skills
