The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates, sourcing and recruiting, and assisting with all ad hoc HR-related projects. This candidate should work closely with senior management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement. 


Responsibilities Include:

·       Support sourcing and recruiting needs

·        Lead recruitment processes for the Fund and startup companies

·        Lead the new hire employee orientations and manage the onboarding process. Provide coaching and counsel as needed to Hiring Managers

·        Support managers on cross-organizational processes (i.e. performance evaluation, employee development plans) 

·        Establish and maintain HR policies

·        Responsible for employee relations matters for all staff, supporting welfare and wellbeing work plans

·        Set standards for ethics, values, and company culture

·        Assist management in conflict resolution


·        BA in social science

·        7 + years experience in Human Resources

·        2-3 years experience in sourcing and recruiting an advantage

·        Experience in the tech industry is a strong advantage

Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
