Elinoar brings to Bakehila over 18 years of experience in management in the third sector, leading social organizations in developing and implementing their vision and exceeding their goals.
She has led and managed complex projects, including fundraising, business development, and philanthropic partnerships.

In her previous roles, she served as CEO and Deputy CEO in various associations, primarily “Larger than Life” an organization working for the benefit of children with cancer. Elinoar holds a BA and MA from Ben-Gurion University in Politics and Government, Middle Eastern studies, and conflict resolution.
