Michal Drayman

Michal is JVP’s Partner, having served as a financial adviser to the fund from 2014. Michal brings to the Fund over 20 years of experience in financial management, business development, operations and investor relations in both public and private companies. A long standing investor in the digital health and medical device sectors, Michal is known for her ability to create global connections with leading institutions and multi-nationals, forming symbiotic relationships.  Prior to joining JVP Michal was the CFO and Vice President of Business Development at European High Tech Capital, a privately held (By Dr. Shimon Eckhouse) investment firm focusing on the healthcare sector. In that capacity, Michal led the full end to end investment process, serving also on the board of numerous portfolio companies. During this period, Michal co-created the Alon MedTech Incubator in Yoqneam, under the Chief Scientist Incubator Program. Michal began her career at Lumenis, Inc., a global leader in minimally-invasive clinical solutions for the surgical, ophthalmology and aesthetic markets. Over a ten year period, Michal held a number of positions at Lumenis, starting as the controller and financial assistant to the CFO, handling SEC and US tax reporting, merger and acquisitions, revenue recognition policy and compilation of public offerings and rose to Vice President of Finance where she was responsible for coordinating, administering and controlling financial, sales operations  and business development activities.

Michal holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Haifa University and a MBA, Graduated with honors The College of Management, Rhishon Letzion, Israel Biomedical Management Track.
