Fiona Darmon

Fiona is an integral part of the leadership team at JVP, bringing to the firm over fifteen years of experience in venture capital, strategic partnerships, capital raising and investments in public and private companies. Fiona is a member of the Partnership’s Executive and Investment Committee’s serving also as a Director on the Board of Directors of JVP’s portfolio companies: insurtech unicorn Earnix, TASE-listed Highcon Systems, ionir, Datricks and SourceDefense. Previously Fiona held a number of executive roles with leading Israeli NYSE-listed investment conglomerate, Koor Industries, as well as served as a founding member of the first Israeli corporate VC – Koor CVC. Fiona started her career as a financial analyst with Claridge Israel LLC, the investment arm of the Bronfman family of Canada. Fiona was an Officer in one of the renowned Intelligence units of the Israeli IDF, and holds a BA in Finance and IT and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management’s international program in collaboration with Tel Aviv University.
