AnyClip, which operates out of JVP Media Quarter in Jerusalem, announced recently the signing of a cooperation agreement with the movie search engine Blinkx, the largest movie search engine in the world. This agreement in another link in a chain of agreements the Israeli company signed with industry giants, including Warner Brothers, Universal studios, Vivendi and more.


Blinkx is the largest movie search engine in the world. The company has over 35 million hours of content for direct viewing. The increase in the number of people watching movies online had led Blinkx’s founders to develop an innovative technology allowing users to search and located content more accurately than other search engines. In addition, Blinkx backs up other movie search engines for popular websites around the world.


As part of the cooperation between the two companies, AnyClip’s unique technology will be embedded in Blinkx’s search engine so that million’s of Blinkx’s users worldwide could enjoy over 60,000 video segments tagged in AnyClip’s library.


AnyClip’s technology allows its business partners video search abilities never seen before, such us searching particular segments according to the characters in the scene, specific quotes, certain behaviors, objects, brands mentioned and more. AnyClip’s technology enriches an average movie with over 5000 different tags.
