Alan Bird to its executive team. Alan has joined the company as Vice President, Business Development and will work closely with Cyber-Ark's current partners to further enhance and extend the reach of the organization's Vaulting solutions.

Alan Bird comes to Cyber-Ark from IBM where he was the Director, Solutions and Technologies, for the Global Cisco Alliance. During his tenure with IBM, Mr. Bird was responsible for driving the technology integration between IBM and Cisco as well as integrating Cisco with the IBM sales organizations chartered with bringing unique, differentiated value to customers of both companies. As Cyber-Ark's Vice President, Business Development, Mr. Bird will be responsible for forming and managing strategic industry partnerships. Before IBM, Mr. Bird held positions in several major ISVs creating and driving industry changing partnerships.
