LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 14, 2005--CyOptics, Inc., a leading supplier of high-speed optical chips and components for broadband communication solutions, today announced that Matthew Riley has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.
Riley served as senior vice president and controller for Agere Systems until his departure in early 2003. He was the acting CFO of Agere during its separation and carve-out from Lucent Technologies leading up to its successful $4.2B IPO. Prior to that, he served as CFO of the Lucent Microelectronics Group that grew to $3.5B in sales as a provider of both integrated circuits and optoelectronics components. During his career with Lucent Technologies and AT&T he held numerous financial and strategic planning positions.
