Double Fusion Releases Version 2.0 of its In-Game Advertising Software Development Kit
New Release, Available for Download now, Extends Double Fusion's Technology Leadership in the Category

, October 26, 2005 -

NEW YORK and JERUSALEM, Israel, October 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Version 2.0 of the software tool kit that allows game developers and publishers to incorporate advertisements into their games is now available from Double Fusion, a leading provider of in-game advertising services. Concurrent with
the release of the new version, Double Fusion is now making its SDKs available by online download, simplifying the process by which developers and publishers can test the integration of dynamic advertisements into their games.

Version 2.0 of Double Fusion's SDK extends Double Fusion's technology leadership in the in-game advertising space, particularly in the areas of media format support, developer integration and security. The SDK includes a full software suite allowing game developers to incorporate dynamic
advertisements into their games.

The newest features of Double Fusion's SDK include:
    - Flash Video Support: Users can now incorporate ads in Flash Video format, adding this leading Internet ad format to the other types of advertising supported, including streaming video, audio, 3-D objects, graphics, and Flash animations
    - Improved security: Version 2.0 incorporates additional layers of encryption and authentication, offering the tightest security available for user and advertiser information.
    - Improved Ad Studio and tools: The new SDK debuts an improved Ad Studio front end, making the process of integrating advertisements into games easier than ever, a key advantage for developers operating on tight timelines.

"Our latest release continues to set Double Fusion's technology apart from other solutions on the market," said Dr. Hillel Rom, co-founder and chief technology officer, Double Fusion. "Our key focus has been in making integration as easy as possible for developers, through enhanced tools, and
in making advertising as easy as possible for the key brands, through support of the most popular advertising formats."

Double Fusion is already widely recognized as the technology leader in the in-game advertising space. Among the Double Fusion "firsts" are included support for streaming video, support for 3-D object advertising, and the ability to measure and report on advertising displayed while the user is offline. Double Fusion's technology is also hailed by developers and publishers for offering the most efficient use of CPU and bandwidth resources, which is critical for ensuring that the display of advertising doesn't impact game performance.

"Double Fusion's Version 2.0 turn-key solution helped us get up to speed quickly on this emerging new medium, and its new functionality allowed us to hit the ground running and begin inserting ads almost immediately," said Jason Kingsley, CEO of U.K. based game publisher Rebellion. "The fact that we
have total control is incredibly attractive to us as a developer."

As part of the new release, Double Fusion is now making its SDK available to qualified publishers and developers through a free online download at http://www.doublefusion.com. "Making the process of getting ads into your games easy is a core mission of Double Fusion's," said Guy Bendov, co-founder of the company. "By making the SDK easily available through download, and by providing technical support to those downloaders, we're able to show developers and publishers just how easy it is to add advertising revenues to the bottom line of your titles."

In-game advertising is projected to grow to a $562.5 million dollar marketplace by 2009 according to the Yankee Group. Recently, Double Fusion, with Nielsen Interactive Entertainment, issued findings of a study that assessed the brand impact of advertising within the gaming environment, and compared the efficacy of the different types of advertising formats supported by Double Fusion's in-game ad serving technology. The study showed that the in-game campaign resulted in a 60 per cent increase in awareness for a new product, and also showed that, while all ad formats had significant impact,
animated 3-D advertising insertions achieved twice the recall of static billboards.
