Pitts has an extensive background in management and sales with over 20 years of experience in the software industry. He most recently served as Vice President of SMB Channel Sales, for SAP America, Inc.'s All-In-One line. Prior to that, Pitts was President and CEO of IXOS Software, Inc., a subsidiary of IXOS Software AG.
