The company is building a unique web application and core engine, based on artificial intelligence in the social world space. The technology & product are quite complex and their quality assurance requires high technical skills, and deep understanding of the product’s logic.

Job description:

Responsible for the product’s entire quality assurance process and methodology.
• Defining our product’s validation process and plan, that is required to meet the product’s requirements. (test plan, test cases, perf. & stress tests, etc…)
• Hands on execution of the entire tests that are required to sign off on each release.
• Develop automated tests upon need.
• Potentially build a QA team down the road.

Qualifications:

Mandatory
• BSc. Mathematics and Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience as a QA engineer of complex web applications
• Demonstrated success building and defining complex testing environments
• Automation programing capabilities in the open source environment
• Proven hands on experience in developing/integrating automation frameworks.
• Experience and familiarity with the social network world (both, as a user and as a developer)
• Familiarity with legacy browser compatibility issues and modern browser capabilities
• High sensitivity to GUI issues.
• Passion for technology and quality, self-learner
• Great Interpersonal & communication skills

Desirable
• Knowledgeable in Java & client side in-browser code.
• Experienced in debugging both client side and server side applications.
• Mobile apps testing experience

As the Ads Operations Manager you will supervise a full range of the company's advertising partner portfolio. You will be in charge of analyzing inventory, traffic, ad serving and sales and report to the COO.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the company's portfolio of advertising partners
• Manage trafficking and ad serving
• Report daily analytics on traffic & sales
• Ongoing optimization of sales and ad serving to effectively manage company's inventory (hands-on)
